At Smileful, customer satisfaction is our priority. Since our products are personalized, returns and refunds are subject to the following conditions:
Returns:
We do not accept returns for custom-made products unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
For non-customized products, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Refunds & Replacements:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images.
After verification, we offer a replacement or refund based on product availability.
Refunds are processed within 6-8. business days to the original payment method.
Cancellations:
As this is a personalized product, cancellations are not possible once the order is confirmed.
